Put one soup spoon of nettle rootlets(powder) into one glass sunflower oil, boil five minutes, filter it, leave one hour, rub arthritic joints for three to five min. twice a day.

Joints detoxing with rice: Put one glass rice into half a litre of water and
leave it for three days, then filter it and put again into half a litre of hot water and boil until the water has gone, then clean the rice with cold water.

Everyone can learn to use this ability; we can train the voice to sing the sounds strongly and thus improve the health.

Sound ‘u u u u u’ corresponds with the genital area (bladder, prostate, uterus) and by singing this, the functions of these organs will be stronger. It is also good for sexual activity.

Sound ‘o o o o o’ corresponds to the pancreas and it is very effective for people suffering from diabetes.

Sound ‘s s s s s’ stimulates the large intestine and the lungs and improves the metabolism process.

Singing ‘sh sh sh sh sh’ helps the liver, improving the detoxification processes in the body.

By singing sound ‘i i i i i i’ we stimulate the heart.

The sound ‘m m m m m’ corresponds to the head and stimulate the brain activity, improving memory and concentration. If you put the fingers on the temples and make this sound, you may be able to feel the vibrations that improve the functions of the eyes, ears, nose and throat.

The sound ‘n n n n n’ stimulates the spine, which supports the nervous system and the immune system.

How to start this singing :

Try to sing the chosen sound every day for five minutes. While you sing the sounds, put the hands on the location of the body where the organ is situated. The organ takes the sound vibrations and also those from your hands.

Everything in our lives and in nature has different vibrations that have to be in harmony; the body is a part of nature and we can collect and stimulate this harmony by improving the appropriate sounds.


Tinnitus

A ringing noise in your ears, called tinnitus, affects approximately 17% of the worlds population. This maddening noise can range in volume from a ring to a roar. Each person has a unique version of tinnitus like a buzzing, hissing, roaring, whistling, chirping or clicking. Most people today will experience tinnitus at some time in their life. You might notice tinnitus after head trauma, middle ear inflammation, high blood pressure and by stiff neck which makes arteries narrow. Stress, tiredness, loud music or harsh noises can be also reasons for tinnitus. Tinnitus symptoms can, in fact, interfere with concentration, work, sleep and relaxation and communication with others and it can lead to psychological distress.

Safly releafe and prevent ear noise symptoms:

1. Caffeine, tobacco, alcohol, aspirin can aggravate existing tinnitus.

2. Colour - use green colour.

3. Gymnastic: make strong ear massage about 1 minute; close your eyes strong and swallow saliva, repeat 20 times; close ears with your hands and beat neck with your fingers about 1 minute .

4. Acupressure: press points, find on the top of the head a little whole, it is point Bi-huei, press with the middle fingers during one minute, strong.

Press with two fingers both temples during one minute, points See dzu koon.

Press with your thums little wholes on the back of the head, Fen chee points during one minute.

5.Use elastic ring for finger massage, 10-15 times each finger, once or twice a day.

6.Use Mudra “Sky” which is very effective for ear diseases, every day for 15-30 minutes

7. Herbal teas:

Put 1 tea spoon dill into 1 glass boiled water, leave 30 minutes, filter it, drink one

glass during the day.

Put 1 tea spoon horse-tail into 1 glass boiled water, leave 30 min, filter it, drink ¼ glass 4 times a day before meal.

Put 1 tea spoon balm mint, 1 tea spoon mint, 1 tea spoon straw-berries leaves into ½ liter boiled water, leave 30 minutes, filter it, drink 1 soap spoon 3 times a day before meal, during 1 month.

Put 2 tea spoons clover into 2 glasses boiled water, leave 30 minutes, filter it, drink 1/3 glass 30 minutes before meal 3 times a day, during 1 month.

8. Mixtures and juices: drink 3 times a day 30 minutes before meal fresh juice from beet and cranberry(1/2 & ½) half glass.

Put 3 tea spoons propolise(bees product) into ½ glass 70% alcohol, close strong, leave 3 days in dark, then filter it, rub 2-3 times a day skin on head under ears.

Put 300 gr. Garlic into ½ liter 70% alcohol, leave 3 weeks in dark place. Drink 1 soap spoon with ½ glass of milk in the evening, during 3 months.(It cleans arteries)

Headaches

Healthy remedies for people suffering from regular headaches:

Yoga: Try the Candle (Urdhvasarvgasana) or the Headstand (Shirshasana).

Colours: use blue colour.

Inhale the aroma of dried oregano leaves two to three times a day.

Put both hands into a basin of hot water and keep them there for five to ten minutes, until the headache is gone.

Put both feet into hot water and leave there for 20 minutes, then alternate with cold water.

Wear amber stones around the neck.

Tie a cotton shawl (soaked in apple vinegar) over the head until the headache is gone.

Relax - lie down on a bed, place copper coins on the forehead, templesand back of the head and leave them for 15 to 20 minutes.

For an ache on one side of the head only, place mint leaves on both temples and keep them there for one to two hours.

Headache caused by stiff neck – visit chiropractor.

Massage your forehead to the back of the head three to five minutes, two to three times a day.

Place one small spoonful of St Johns wort into a glass of hot, boiled water, leave for one hour, filter it and drink one third of a glass three times a day between meals. (This is for a headache based on stress).

Place one small spoonful of elecampane into a glass of warm boiled water, leave for 10 hours, filter it and dunk one third of a glass three times a day 30 minutes before meals (also for stress).

Place one small spoonful of coltsfoot into one glass of hot, bolted water, leave 30 minutes, filter and drink a large spoonful four to six times a day before meals (stress).

Place one small spoonful warmwood into one glass of hot, boiled water, leave four hours, filter it and drink one third of a glass three times a day between meals.

Place one large spoonful of clover into half a litre of hot, boiled water, leave one hour, filter it. Drink half a glass of the liquid three times a day between meals.

Mix a small spoonful of valerian, mint, balm mint and lavender.

Place one large spoonful of the mixed herbs into half a litre of hot, boiled water, leave one hour, then filter it. Place two to three large spoonfuls of this liquid into each glass of water and drink two to three glasses a day.

For headaches caused by high blood pressure, it is necessary to treat the blood pressure:

Mix blackcurrant, raspberry leaves, dog rose leaves, sage, strawberry

leaves and hawthorn all together, place one large spoonful of the mixed herbs into half a litre of hot, boiled water, leave one hour, filter it. Drink one glass of tea with honey and lemon an hour before going to bed.

For headache based on inflammation in the body, it is recommended to treat the cause of the inflammation.

For headache based on toxins, it is necessary to clean the liver and blood:

Mix herbs: small spoonful of juniper, small spoonful birch, small spoonful dill, large spoonful chamomile, small spoonful white rose leaves, small spoonful dog rose, small spoonful dandelion rootlet, small spoonful horse-tail. Place one large spoonful of mixed herbs into one litre of hot, boiled water, leave one hour, then filter it. Drink half a glass of the liquid three times a day, 15 minutes before a meal.

Sinusitis

Healthy remedies for people suffering from sinusitis:

Mudra – “Pearl” use every day for 15 to 30 minutes

Colours: use red and blue colours.

Acupressure: press points on the face twice a day for 3 to 5 minutes (see Diagram)

The sound “m, m, m, m, m, “ corresponds to the head. The vibrations improve the functions of the eyes, ears, nose and throat. Try to sing this sound for five minutes every day.

Place small spoonful of salt into one glass of worm water and clean nose with this liquid.

Put into the nose each side 3-5 drops of aloe juice.

Place one large spoonful o chamomile into one glass of hot, boiled water, leave half an hour, put into the nose 5-8 drops 3-5 times a day.

Clean nose with green tea 5-6 times a day, put 4-5 drops of green tea into the nose before going to bed.

Take hot water bath for feet 5-15 minutes before going to bed, put on worm socks for the whole night.

Put two hot boiled eggs on two handkerchiefs and place them on both sides of the nose and keep 10-15 minutes, then clean the nose.(better to do it in bed in the evening)

Inhale the steam from boiled potatoes, make cone with stiff paper, breath steam from the boiled potatoes through your nose about 5 minutes, two or three times a day.

If you have high temperature:

Place one large spoonful of chamomile and sage together into half liter of hot boiled water, leave one hour, filter it. In the evening before going to bed drink one or two cups these herbs with the honey.

Place one large spoonful leaves of lime tree into half liter of hot, boiled water, leave it one hour, filter it. Drink three times a day one cup of herbs with half glass of sweet wine and a large spoon of honey three times a day.

Mix one large spoonful of lime tree blossom and one large spoonful of dry raspberry together, place these herbs into half liter of hot, boiled water, leave half an hour , drink hot between meals(half liter for one day)

To support immune system drink following vitamin liquids:

Place one large spoonful of dog rose into half liter of hot, boiled water, leave it 5-6 hours, drink two glasses per day before meals.

Place two large spoonfuls of black currant into half liter of hot, boiled water, leave it 5-6 hours, drink two glasses per day before meals.

Mix apple, lemon and orange juices together, place one large spoonful of honey, drink half liter of juice per day between meals.(if you do not have allergy)

Place two large spoonfuls of mountain ash berry into half liter of hot, boiled water, leave it 5-6 hours, drink two glasses per day before meals.

Asthma

Healthy remedies for people suffering from asthma:

Asthma diet - avoid milk and milk products as they cause phlegm & lead to congestion in the lungs.

Avoid citrus fruits (sour fruits), cold foods, ice-creams and deep fried food.

Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables with high fiber content — papaya, apples, watermelon.

Avoid rice at dinner.

An early dinner is best suited for asthmatics; it ensures complete digestion before sleeping. A glass of herbal, relaxing tea with one teaspoon

of honey before bedtime relaxes the throat and lungs.

Colours: use green and violet colour.

Mudra-Mytrey Flute:

Joint the thumbs together and cross the other fingers on both hands.

Every day for 15-30 minutes.

Acupressure:

Press points on your chest, arms and hands firmly: three to five minutes each point every day

Hardening:

Take a cold shower for one to three minutes every morning and evening. ittrains the immune system and prevents contracting colds. At this time the immune system sends special hormones which protect the body from inflammation and reduces the chances of an asthma attack.

Breathing gymnastics:

To prevent an asthma attack, train yourself to breath very lightly, listen toyour pulse, breath in for three beats, breath out for three beats, then stop

breathing during two beats, then repeat again, do it for five minutes three to five times a day.

Support your immune system:

Drink ginseng in winter and in spring.

If you do not have allergies, take 500gr. honey and 200gr. walnuts, mix together and eat a large spoonful with warm tea after a meal, three times a day.

Place two to three large spoonfuls of dog rose into one litre of hot boiled water, leave for an hour and drink two thirds of a glass three times a day.

Place one large spoonful of apple vinegar in one glass of water and drink it three times a day after meals.

Herbal treatments:

Tea for curing light asthma attack and reducing spasm — valerian

(one part), mint (one part), balm mint (one part), oregano (one part), liquorice rootlet (one part); mix all together put one large spoonful into half a liter of boiled water, leave for one hour, filter it. Drink two warm glasses a day any time.

Anti-inflammatory tea - birch leaves (one part), black elder blossom (one part), elecampane (one part), St.Johns wort (one part), liquorice rootlet (one part), pansy(one part), horse-tail(one part); mix all together, put one large spoonful into half a liter of hot boiled

water, leave for one hour. Drink two warm glasses a day at any time.

Tea for making saliva thinner: elecampane (one part), marsh-mellow

(one part), plantain (one part), thyme (one part); mix all together put one large spoonful into half a liter of hot boiled water, leave for one hour. Drink two warm glasses a day at any time.

Su - jok:

Twice a day press lung area with both hands one to three minutes.

Juice treatment:

One glass of carrot juice mixed with one glass of celery juice, drink

small portions during the day.

One glass of carrot juice mixed with one glass of spinach juice, drink

small portions during the day.

Half a glass of grapefruit juice, drink small portions during a day.

How Trees Can Heal

Trees have positive and negative energy and everyone is influenced by the energy emitted by trees.

Hundreds a years ago people used trees to cure body ills and the Celtic tribes are reputed to believe that all trees shared a common mind, or intelligence. Indians support the theory that trees absorb cosmic energy and help us and our planet.

However much this may sound like Stephen King or Dean Koontz, trees were traditionally used for different purposes and can still be useful in our daily lives. Oak frees were always presumed to be the strongest trees, therefore the most knowledgeable, and the aspen was used to protect homes from the devil.

There is a way to find out which tree can help you personally: take a small piece of silver foil and approach a mature tree - if tree foil appears to be attracted by the tree - like a magnet - then this is the tree for you; if the foil is repelled leave this tree alone. If you find one that could become your special tree, go closer, hold if with your hands, relax, listen to the leaves rustling and the branches swaying, explain your troubles and ask for help.

You will get it. When you do, express your thanks. Trees take energy from nature and produce their own magnetic field.

There are two main groups of trees:

Oak, birch, pine, acacia, mountain ash, maple, apple, chestnut, ash and lime. These trees give energy, support the immune system and different

parts of the body. The oak and birch are the strongest, they activate and stimulate the immune system and normalise blood circulation and are also positive for arthritis. Birch is good for catarrh and throat problems and is better for women, whilst the oak tree is better for men.

The lime free is recommended for women and young girls who wish to improve their tempers; the pine heals the throat and lungs, (specialists apparently say that singing near a pine improves the voice) but people

suffering from migraine and heart troubles should avoid this tree. The apple tree is a strong antiseptic and is good for reducing inflammation; the cherry gives out much life energy and brings on a good

mood; mountain ash brings luck to the family and home; the acacia stimulates the nervous system and is also recommended for women’s problems..

Aspen, fir, poplar, cherry and alder. These trees take energy from the body. The aspen and elder trees are said be similar to vampires, as they draw out our negative energy, stress and pain. If you are in pain stand close to one

of these trees, touch or hold it for three minutes and you will receive help. Afterwards you should also be in contact with one of the trees from

group 1. Poplar is very good for healing the pain of toothache and throat diseases. In order to draw the healing gifts from the trees from the first group is to hold them for four to ten minutes, for the second group only two or three minutes.

The best way to attain benefits from trees is to walk amongst them, in the woods – an oak wood is best for most people but poplars are good too – or in a valley containing many varieties of trees. They can help us but only when they are in a clean environment away from industrial complexes.



The Moon and its influence on our bodies


The moon is the nearest planet to the earth and has a great influence on our health. In ancient times people lived their lives according to the moons quarters, in fact the lunar calendar is older than the solar calendar.
In ancient Rome the people were told publicly which phase the moon was passing through and in China the wise men made serious and important decisions according to the lunar passages. The lunar month lasts for 29-30 days, from the time of the full moon until the time of the next full moon and during this month the moon changes position four times, with each phase lasting for more than seven days.

The first quarter - New Moon.

During these days it is likely that there is a feeling of tiredness and lack of energy, sometimes depression. Men are said to be more affected by the moon and in the first quarter they will be more sensitive, nervous and could be aggressive. It is better not to work too hard at this time until the moon moves, when we feel stronger again.

Second quarter

The moon can be seen as half of its normal size. The body has more and more energy, we become more emotional as the days approach the full moon. Insomnia could be a problem and at this time it is very important not to lose control of the nervous system. To prevent insomnia herbal baths are very helpful, taken one hour before retiring. Marigold, mint, oregano and valerian rootlet can be used in the baths.

Third quarter-Full Moon

At this time it is normal to feel full of energy and future plans, but also sensitive and nervous to.

Fourth quarter

The moon becomes smaller and we begin to lose strength. This should be a period of relaxation, when diseases and minor illnesses become better and body gathers more energy for the time to come...Rest is important during this time.
